Shayne is a fluid power professional with a degree from Alexandria Technical and a history with multi-national organizations in roles from technician, sales, engineering and executive level management.

For nearly 20 years he led the Logan Industries organization from founding through expansive growth by implementing the processes and cultivating the staff necessary to weather the cycles of the Oil and Gas industry.

He did this by providing state of the art, unique engineered solutions and engaging the Logan Team to be hyper-focused on a commitment to Quality and Customer commitment.

His vision for operational excellence was shaped by developing a robust quality system, operational metrics, and key financial processes, along with gut instinct, to steer the business towards success.

Logan’s growth was bolstered by brokering multiple deals through M&A activities with overseas private equity firms, of which he was a shareholder, while performing acquisitions and greenfield startups domestically to expand Logan’s footprint and influence in our markets.

Organic market growth and diversification while remaining committed to current customers is key to further success for the PTD and Logan brands.
